Jessica went way above and beyond my expectations with these visors. It was a new request for her, so she bought some cheaper visors to test whether or not the embroidery we requested would work. Unfortunately it didn't but she had a great alternative solution. She proposed several things, sent me pictures, and kept me updated on pricing. Once a decision was made, these were made quickly and ready for pickup.
