Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
Our expected processing time is 5 business days from the date your order is placed unless otherwise stated in the product description. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Many of our products are made to order, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your items with care.
Please note that processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order for shipment and does not include shipping transit time.
During peak seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated when possible.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship using USPS and UPS. However, Civic Park Studio reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and service that best accommodates your order based on package size, destination, cost, and delivery efficiency.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, service selected, and destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Civic Park Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Civic Park Studio is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by that carrier.
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information. You are also welcome to contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
