At Civic Park Studio, most items are made to order and carefully created just for you. We take pride in providing quality, customized products and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order and often personalized to your specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes ordered, changes of mind, or personalized items unless there is a defect, damage, or an error on our part.

Please review all sizing information, product descriptions, and customization details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect orders before shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email contact@civicparkstudio.com with the following information:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or error

We will review your concern and work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Once production has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
